My Time here is to fix YOUR FAULTS!! YOU SEND A WRONG FIRMWARE. I spent week over week to fix YOUR PROBLEMS: SEND THE RED BUTTON FIRMWARE FROM a Hi9 Plus Tablet Android 8.0 with RED BUTTON - QUICKLY - it is new and look my reports for the problem I wrote to you any times, with no answers and and wrong firmware. The result is a splitted Screen/Display. There are also more than 3 people with same problem. AND YOU DO NOTHING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
Chuwi customer care is nonexistent. This forum is for helping each other to solve problems. I suggest you to try to find a good version of firmware and someone that is enough skilled to flash it.
