Hello, it’s been almost 6 months since i sent my device to be repaired by the spain warehouse, sofort i try to contact chuwi in several ways: directly by the warehouse(wich doesn´t reply), and by the contacts on the site( wich only replys:”please wait patiently”). I Just want my device repaired or a refund, since you couldn’t even give me a repair guestimate until now.

Not a news. I sent them my rzbox since 6 month ago. Correctly delivered (i got the courier tracking) and ticket opened. No news. No communication. Anything.
Consider your device as lost. It will never come back.
