A few days ago I wrote an E-mail to Chuwi asking to cancel my order. My request was completely ignored and the order was sent anyway, but that does not change a thing. If any Chuwi Representative is reading this, please cancel the order #21498 and grant me a full refund. Although if a lack of a simple “Cancel order” button on the order page is anything to go by, it won’t be that easy.
I wrote over E-mail AND Paypal. I can’t understand how I didn’t get a single response over 4 days.
