I sent an email to service@chuwi.com detailing the parts I need for repairs. They replied with the cost of the parts but did not give any instructions on where to order them or how to pay for them. I replied to service that they didn’t give me the information on how to order and pay for them. I haven’t heard anything back.

I did contact them. They sent me a cost of the parts BUT NO INFO ON HOW TO ORDER AND PAY FOR THEM. This was BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I’ve sent SEVERAL emails back asking HOW TO ORDER AND PAY FOR THE PARTS and I have gotten ZERO response. Again, NO ANSWER to this question, so I’m going to ask it AGAIN!

I’ve posted DIRECTLY to Service on this forum WHO SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. I replied that it wasn’t. I subsequently posted SEVERAL MORE POSTS replying to Service that my problem wasn’t solved AND THIS WAS OVER 2 WEEKS AGO and they STILL haven’t replied.
