HELP HELP yesterday I arrived chuwi ubook 11.6 tablet pc,I can not use with the battery because it does not charge, always remains at 0% I am very disappointed, tablet pc beautiful,but this problems put me in difficulty, how can I fix? Certo la batteria si carica fisicamente ma l icona mi da 0% questo vuol dire che tablet funziona senza l alimentatore quando è acceso, ma se spengo il tutto e poi riaccendo mi esce segnale batteria scarica e non si accende, metto l alimentazione con il cavo e si accende e poi tolgo alimentazione e funziona con batteria anche 3 ore se l ho caricata bene ma l icona da 0% e entra modalità risparmio, posso chiudere il tablet in stamby e si attiva con il power e va ma se faccio arresta per accendere devo usare il cavo alimentatore perché il tablet vede batteria 0% capito adesso? Fisicamente batteria e carica e funziona senza cavo, ma icona e 0% é se spengo con arresto si accende solo con cavo appena compare la scritta chuwi posso togliere cavo e va con bateria
Dici che con ripristino riesco? Chuwi service mi ha mandato tanti file del bios e ti ho scritto che non riesco a farlo. Si per me è software perché ieri usato tablet 3 ore con la batteria anche se dava 0%
fatto ripristino, nulla. nella posta privata ti ho scritto cosa mi ha detto chuwi service, mi ha mandato un sacco di file zip ma non sono capace di usare il buos e anche il windows ma mandato.
chiedo un consiglio. lo rimando indietro al negozio aliexpsress e me lo sostituiscono, solo che non ho capito se ho il diritto di essere rimborsato per le spese di spedizioni. in chat mi dicono di pagare e poi loro rimborsare ma io non ci credo e sono 53 euro con GLS italia per la spagna,

Ho fatto come chuwi service ha scritto, UEFI partizione 1 fatto tutto. Adesso cosa devo scrivere nei comandi? Per uscire e salvare? Grazie
Hi Tino, can you post the entire output of the flashing procedure? In every case you should be able to restart the system pressing and hold the power button for some seconds. There is nothing to save because the flashing procedure is itself a permanent writing procedure.
Ciao Tino, se ti è possibile puoi postare l’intero output della procedura di aggiornamento? In ogni caso dovresti riuscire a riavviare tenendo premuto per qualche secondo il bottone di accesione. Non c’è nulla da salvare in quanto la scrittura della flash è già permanente.
Bastava scrivere exit e così ho fatto, ma problema non risolto. Chuwi service mi ha dato questo procedura da fare e Windows da installare. Io Windows non installato da mettere nella chiave USB perché non capisco a cosa servirà, comunque il tablet funziona senza energia elettrica ma da sempre carica 0% non saprò mai la % reale anche se funziona per ore e ore. Ma la cosa che mi da più fastidio che se faccio; arresta il sistema, è poi dovrò accendere il software vede la batteria 0% e non si accende e quindi mi serve l energia elettrica per almeno 10 secondi fino alla comparsa chuwi, tolgo energia e PC si apre e funziona anche se icona da batteria 0% da cosa dipende? Non saprei. Che pensare
La prova del 9 è soltanto lanciare una live di un sistema gnu/linux (ancheubuntu) e vedere da li se si riesce a leggere il livello di carica. Se anche da linux non si riesce a leggere allora è un problema hardware. Se da linux riesci a leggerlo allora è molto probabilmente soltanto un problema di driver (anche se comincio a pensare che tutti sti suggerimenti di aggiornamento di driver non sono altro che un modo per chuwi di prendere tempo e di tentare il tutto per tutto prima di una eventuale sostituzione).
