Even when using the provided charger or an existing charger that supports up to 100W (20V), the charging rate is consistently around 20W. As a result, when I charge my device while working, the battery doesn’t seem to charge and instead drains. Is there any way to speed up the charging process?
I don’t have the battery draining while charging issue. It seems to be a hardware problem.
