I got my HiGame as part of the Indigogo crowdfunding, and have been very happy with it so far. I recently decided to update my computer experience by buying additional monitors, only to discover that one of the DisplayPorts isn’t working.
At first, I thought it was just the cable I had bought, but when I switch the cables around, there is no change - the working DisplayPort will show regardless of which cable I use and the non-working DisplayPort will have no signal regardless of which cable I use.
Does anyone know what to do?
