Chuwi GT BOX - HDMI Port 2 stopped working on day 2...

I received my GT Box yesterday, hooked it up, everything working great. This morning I power on and only one screen works… I tried to detect the 2nd monitor with Windows 10 detector, to no avail. I also tried unplugging the screens, that’s when I noticed that either monitor will work in the 1st HDMI port, but the 2nd HDMI port seems to be malfunctioning because whichever monitor is plugged into HDMI Port 2, becomes the non-functioning monitor. Can anyone help before I return?

First of all you must ensure that it is fully updated without pending or ongoing updates. To check this you must go to Windows Update and check if there are any pending updates to install. Once everything is updated, check again the operation of the second screen.
