service level for corebox mini pc

I bought a corebox from CHUWI france official store on aliepress, after a short time it stopped working and after several attempts they told me to send it to spain to the repair service but after four months they wrote me that the corebox had been shipped to China because CHUWI china did not send parts for repair after two months I wrote the service and they told me they would give priority to repair the pc but after a further time passed I asked for the status of my pc but they never answered me again. Would you like to give me some suggestions or should I consider that the worst customer service in history stole my pc.
