Hello support I have several issues with my Hi10 Pro.
S/N : Hi10 HQ64G42161206364
Original Dual boot image.
Model: CWI529
In both OS the SD card is not working.
Also in both OS sound is not working, I was already trying to install the drivers again.
And only in windows the touchscreen is not working.
If I connect to a TV via HDMI the sound is working.
Usually on Windows it says that there is no sound card available
Can you help?
If I could just install a new, dual boot image that could fix all the issues I would be glad.
