Hello! Today I bought the Chuwi AeroBook Plus laptop (AePlusQ256G20052289) and just all of a sudden its toouchpad stopped working completely in Windows 10 Home.
Windows is showing it and it tells that it functions properly. I tried restoring BIOS settings to default. It did not help at all.
The touchpad simply does not work anyhow - nor buttons, nor the surface itself.
What should I do with this?
Perhaps, you can at least supply me with the drivers for me to try reinstalling Windows 10?
I navigated to “Settings>Devices>Touchpad” and it turned out it had been turned off somehow. Perhaps this happened when Windows was beeing updated. hell knows. I hadn’t even known that there exists a page for setting up touchpad separately from the Mouse settings page.
