I have a couple of years Old Surbook. It’s now updated with the latest version of win10. Works fine. Except for the quality of audio and video.
When I participate in a Teams, Zoom or Skype meeting, using head phone, the other participants complain about background noise from my computer just as the camera colour on my computer is out of balance.
My best guess is that it is Linked to wrong drivers.
Anyone who has had and solved such issues.
