Not sure anyone can answer this but I have a Ubook Pro with a n4100 processor and am thinking about getting a Ubook X with a n4120 processor. Does anyone know if there is or is not a significant increase in processing power between the two?
I don’t know if there is a UBook with an N4120 processor. I just went from a UBook to a UBook X, both with an N4100 processor and similar performance. However, the specifications of both processors can be compared here Intel® Product Specification Comparison
The difference will be very minor. It’s basically the same processor with a 200Mhz higher boostclock, probably because Intel has been making 14nm-CPU’s for so long they’ve gotten slightly better at it for the same TDP. I wouldn’t count on anything noticeable.
From what I’ve seen, some things on the Ubook X perform worse because of the higher screen resolution (that GPU really is slow).
