Hello, I am writing again. I still have not been able to send you the laptop (I wrote by email that they do not want to send it, citing the fact that the hard drive may contain information that can harm China and that there may be alloy batteries. I took them out, but they still did not want to send it). Support by email said that then the only thing left to do is take it to the service centers and fix it at your own expense. I went to 2 services, one said “well, your power supply is bad, buy ours, everything will be solved”, in the end I bought a power supply from them, but nothing changed, in the second they told me “well, we do not know how to fix such things, they buy Chinese laptops and then rush with them to service centers, it is easier to throw them away”. They even refused to buy it for spare parts, I do not know what to do with this.
