Hello. I have a brand new Chuwi Hi9 Pro. I tried to connect it to a computer via a USB cable but it will not show up on the computer. Both a Samsung and Xiaomi phones I hooked up to the computer do show up so the computer will recognize android devices. The cable I am using says it is a USB-C data cable. I went into developer options and turned on USB debugging but that did not change anything. The Hi9 Pro already had USB configuration set to MTP. When the Hi9 Pro is plugged into the computer the charging indicator appears on the tablet, so I know the tablet and cable are connecting to the computer.
What do I need to do to get the Hi9 Pro to recognize the computer or the computer to recognize the Hi9 Pro? The computer is running Windows 7 64bit.
