Touchscreen needs F12 every time

Hi friends,

The touchscreen of my LapBook Pro sometimes doesn’t work, every one minute or so the mouse goes to sleep, the mouse is frozen in the screen. Pressing Fn+F12 the mouse wakes up and the touchpad comes back to work properly. It’s very annoying to have to press Fn+F12 so frequently.

I have looked the mouse driver and the system says it is updated. What can I do?
