UBook Pro / broken battery? TECH HELP

Hi, I bought this tablet online only 8 months ago and now the battery icon has disappeared…and the tablet can only work is it`s connected and fed by the external power supply.
Can anyone help, please :slight_smile: ?How does the warranty work?

Go to the device manager, open the “Batteries” section, if you only have a Microsoft AC adapter, then most likely the battery is simply disconnected.
You can try to reconnect the battery or write to service@chuwi.com
