Plugin the tablet, go to the device manager and under battery what do you see?
No battery shows in my device manger. This garbage won’t charge.
open up the ubook pro and check if the cable is plugged in. from the battery to the mainboard.
i had the same problem, just opened it up and plugged it back in. problem solved.
