Hi, I was just using my tablet and then I decided to turn it off. After a bit I tried returning it back on and it just won’t. What do I do? Neither of the LEDs turned on. I tried using the given charger to charge it, but the charge LED won’t come on. And I tried my usb c charging brick, which is 15 volt, 2 amps, and power delivery compliant with a power delivery cable. Pressing and holding the switch won’t turn it on either.
Update: okay it turned back on and now everything works as normal I don’t know if I should get the battery replaced or if it was just a one-time issue
That is good news to me¡ if it happens again come back here, and we check what would happen.
