When I try to turn on the tablet, the blue light comes on and nothing else happens. Is it possible to find bius dams somewhere? P.S. :To clarify, without a SSD the reaction to switching on is exactly the same. The display doesn’t even light up, and the external monitor doesn’t show anything
Probably is hardware problem. Is still under warranty? Less than one year?
Unfortunately the warranty expired a week ago.
me ha pasado lo mismo.

I have similar case on UBook Xpro from I7 7th gen version. In my case, when I plug in the charger, red light flashes and then nothing.
Impossible to turn on also.
Did you guys went to repair store? maybe is just a cable connection or need to change battery , that is easy and not cost that much . From here is difficult to know exactly
Hello again,
In my case, I cannot confirm the root cause but I managed to fix the issue.
I disassembled the tablet, disconnected the battery. Connected the power supply and I was able to turn on the tablet. This way I confirmed tablet still working.
After, I measured the battery voltages to confirm it was not dead.
Once I confirmed battery was not dead, I reconnected the battery and tried to turn on the tablet and it worked.
I believe this was probably some issue on the power management that was fixed by the hard reset and re-installation of battery.
This may solve the issue for other users, but to open this tablet is a little tricky, you need to gently unclick all the brackets around the screen to remove it. I have posted a video in the forum in the past showing how to disassemble it.
Regards,
I took it to the service center and they said the BIOS firmware had crashed. It lay there for a month without power (the battery had been removed). I turned it on without the battery, but there was no reaction. The service center doesn’t have a programmer to flash the BIOS, so I ordered one for myself. All that’s left is to find a dam. Maybe someone has one?
The programmer has arrived. The verdict is not consoling. The flash bus is empty. You don’t have to explain about the protection of the bius, I removed it. So, will the manufacturer be able to provide dams for flashing the bius? Or can I take the tablet to the trash?
What do you mean by dams¿?
CCan you send me the Serial number of the Tablet i will ask Tech
