Hi, I am currently thinking about getting an SSD drive or an MicroSD card, but I don’t know which ones are compatible with the Herobook Pro?
Also, is it OK to have both the SSD Drive and Microsd card together?
Also, would I have to get someone to install the SSD drive if I chose the SSD drive?

it depends on the model that you have. the newest only has microSD card expansion, not a 2nd ssd slot in the back.
For microSD card you don’t need to install anything. It behaves as a usb drive.
If your model permits [having a removable slot at the back], you need to first check which m.2 card fits in.
There are different sizes, of which the longest and most common is 80 mm [m.2 2280].
And also you need to check how many notches it has. If 2 then only M.2 sata disks fits in. If 1 then m.2 nvme disk will fit.
M.2 disks need to be formatted, like a microSD card. However formatting needs to be done in NTFS format using the disk manager.

if you mean brands no. i also don’t have recommendations.but avoid brands sold on aliexpress for a low price.
what I normally buy are the ones that are popular on amazon and have good reviews. then I would shop around to find it.

Herobook Pro Latest models are these SSD : SSD 256 GB (1 slot ,M.2 2280/2242) Sata3
But if you want to really know, just open the laptop and check the SSD that it has.Then you buy a similar one.
