Why customer service is so poor?

Technical support gives the same answers.

  1. Update windows from an image
  2. Install the driver
  3. Update the BIOS.

As a software engineer, I myself figured out that there are components in my tablet that are not standard, for example, I have a 7385p touch screen chip and a standard model 1002, so I had to look for the driver myself. And I found a solution.
But there are drivers and configurations that cannot be found in Google.

Why after sales support can not help?
