Will that PowerBank charge N4100 laptop?

I mean this power Bank RAVPower Power bank RP-PB095. It has Pover Delivery with USB - C. And 2,25 Amps with 20 V. Other USBs has much lower electricity. 1. Will they be enough to charge laptop? If not 2. Should i charge it with USB-C? 3. Will it destroy my laptop or not? N4100 has not Power Delivery.

  1. Should i buy the m3-8100y version?

I have the ubook m3-6y30 and with a charger of 30 w by usbc, it works well but it is very fair.

If yours is 45w it should be better.
