Yes, of course. I wouldn’t reinstall though, I’d just do an “in place” upgrade. Go into Windows and change your registration key, put in your Pro key, and it’ll automatically upgrade to pro. Or if you don’t already have a key you can purchase it through the Windows store and it should give you the choice to automatically upgrade the existing install to pro.
