2 issues charging and screen (corebook x)

I am loving my new laptop however I have 2 issues.

  1. the laptop will only charge if I am actively using it. - it will not charge if the laptop is off or on standby mode
  2. yesterday the screen started going black. - other than switching the laptop off there is nothing to bring the screen back - this has happened 7 times in the last 24 hours

I think all Corebook X have a lot of bug one is with NVMe slot… bios bug

I am sorry I dont know about delivery times.

I did manage to fix one of the faults - i did a reset and that cured the charging issue.

The other issue is still there - the screen shutting down randomly.

I have now returned the laptop for a refund.

Every Corebook X have an Red/Blue Light for charging…:joy:
Btw: Dont blame CHUWI for your Problems.
