After CHUWI commits negligence, disregards the customer

My problem is that they sold me a replacement screen that was not for the CHUWI Hi 9 Air cwi533 tablet, when changing it (with the tablet turned off and everything disconnected) and when it turned on it gave a short circuit and burned the tablet, this happened after Warn them that they had the wrong screen (I have all the emails that prove it) and their insistence that it will be changed. the consequences is that on the part of CHUWI they completely ignore me and due to their error I have run out of tablet. to this day they still do not respond. shameful deal on the part of CHUWI, to see if they deign to replace my tablet, since the error was theirs
