Battery doesn´t charge

Hi all
I recently ordered a CHUWI AeroBook Ordenador Portatil Ultrabook. Few days later, (guarantee past, I can´t use it a lot because of business trips) I have some battery problems. The computer detects the power supply but, 15 seconds later, it doesn´t charge. Yesterday I put the tablet version and it worked, but today I have the same problem. As you can see, the computer detects that it is connected to the power…but it doesn´t work.

Could you tell me what is wrong??

The first thing is to determine if the problem is the laptop or charger, so you should try a charger with the same characteristics
