My Chuwi AeroBook Pro’s SSD doesn’t function as intended anymore. I’ve tried re-installing Windows, upgrading the drivers, performing a clean install of Windows and installing Ubuntu. The issue is that the laptop will freeze. I can’t move large files on the laptop, otherwise it will crash.
I’ve contacted the support and I was told to re-install Windows 10. I did that, but the issue is still here. That was in December, 2021. I’ve tried contacting them for months but I’ve been ignored ever since.
I don’t even want a replacement laptop or my money back. I’m fine with a replacement SSD. The SSD is easy to access anyways.
