CHUWI AeroBook - no longer powers on

We purchased the following laptop from you on 13th January 2023 via your Amazon.co.uk :

CHUWI AeroBook 13.3-Inch Laptop, Intel Core M3-6Y30 Processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, FHD (1920x1080) IPS Display, Windows 10 Home, Backlit Keyboard, 4K Video Decoding, Metal Cover

After having the laptop for 2 months, we started to notice that when the battery was fully charged, and the power cable disconnected it would report ‘4 hours of charge’ but after 1.5 hours (and without warning) the laptop would always just ‘shutdown’ without warning.
The second problem we have now - and this is the most serious one, is that the laptop will no longer power on.

How can we resolve this? I have tried emailing Chuwi service but still no reply.
