Charger Exploded - Ubook X

Advice needed! I just received my Ubook X this morning. I was enjoying it and then boom! The charger exploded. It’s completely dead.

I had only plugged it in for 2 hours.

Anyone had this problem?

Any suggestions for chargers to buy off Amazon? (I’m in the UK). Can I use a usb c charger?

You can charge the ubook x using a usb c charger. Just make sure it’s 45W PD charger or higher.

I think that a usb-C charger should be more secure for this product, anyway, chinese product, chinese quality…
