Chuwi Hi10 Max constantly 100% CPU use in Windows 11

Hello. I have problems with performance of my CPU N100 (tablet Hi10 Max 12 Gb). Windows 11 almost always shows that CPU is used at almost 100%. Even if I use the tablet only for internet surfing (I use Firefox for that). Some web sites work with a delay. It’s very strange. CPU shows good performance only when I don’t use it. In this state Windows shows 10-20% CPU usage. But if I start using my mouse Windows starts showing 70-90% CPU usage. During work, CPU load does not drop below 70-100%
I’ve just bought this tablet and Windows is new.
Could you give me the drivers or help in some way?

The serial number is ZHiMaxHZ1H241004051
I’ve bought this at a local store.

Just install Linux, man. Windows is terrible.

From your screenshot it looks like a Firefox issue. There is a 20 in parentheses after the Firefox meaning there are probably multiple tabs open. Seems like maybe one of those tabs is hung. You could try using a different browser to see if that improves things.

Another thing to look at is to install the latest Intel drivers. Run the Intel software scan and have it installed the latest drivers.

Hello.
I’ve noticed that this CPU always behaves this way (I asked several people and the have the same experience). But only in some app it influences on performance and leads to some lags. E.x Firefox. Some websites works very slow. And I don’t know why as other browser works fine. Is it because this processor is weak? Or this apps have problem with optimisation?

Well, I’m telling you but you are ignoring what I say. Windows is cr*p. There are zero such issues under Linux.

I’ve had this system for over 6 months and not once have experienced what you have shown. I’m thinking it’s a problem with the websites that you’re visiting. There are a few websites that are not very well optimized.

I’m not sure about it. Because if I use an another browser (e.x. Chrome, or even Edge), I don’t have such problems. Mb it’s a problem with Firefox… with its optimization. I don’t know. I’ve tried different settings but it did not help.

Sorry, I’m not ignoring you. I just don’t like Linux. I just think that Linux is only for people who don’t have a girlfriend and who wants to make love on boring nights. =)

It could be a Firefox issue. I don’t really use it. I typically use Chrome.

We have not see reported that problem as it is suggested try to change the browser. But is the tablet running slow?
