A Chuwi AUpad tablet PC was purchased on AliExpress… After a month it stopped charging. The product has a 1-year warranty. I opened a dispute, and AliExpress decided that I return the item, the seller refunds the money, and the seller covers the return shipping.
The seller sent me the address to return the item to. I printed it, attached it to the package, and sent the return to China. The tracking number shows that the item was delivered to the seller, but Chuwi claims they didn’t receive anything.
Many disputes were opened, but AliExpress constantly takes the seller’s side. They keep asking for proof — a photo of the package before shipping with the return address visible and a letter from my country’s postal service confirming the shipment. I provided all this evidence, but every time they reject my claim.

Be careful with this seller.
I also purchased a Chuwi Gemibook Plus laptop. It was ordered from Europe. The listing said it would come with a European charger, but it arrived with a Chinese charger, without even an adapter. I opened a dispute and simply asked them to send the correct charger, but AliExpress, as usual, sided with the seller and rejected my request.
