The Microsoft PC Health Status application reports that this laptop is not compatibe with Windows 11 because of its processor. I checked the list of approved / compatible processors and Core i3–6157U @2.40GHz is reported as compatible. I contacted Microsoft support and they say that CHUWI may release updates on the BIOS or drivers…
Does anyone understand what is going on here?

As far as I’m aware, only 7th gen processors and up are compatible - your i3 is a 6th gen processor.
Even my surface pro 4 with an i7 6650U is not compatible. It still runs, but pc health check says it won’t.
