I found a way to fix it. It took a little tinkering but I got it.

Hi!
I just received my Hi10X today, at forst time boot the keyboard work.
But, after a windows update, the keyboard doesnt work anymore.
Error: “Unknow USB Device (Device descriptor request failed)”
I try to fix it with some things i found here and there but the problem keep unsolved…
Have you an idea of what driver i have to restore? (I try the 2 drivers noticed “keyboard” but it make an error and it doesnt work)

You should go to the device manager and see if there are any drivers with an error mark

btw, both my 2 intel sound chip variant of hi10xr got all drivers signed (from chuwi).
so if you found unsigned driver, there is foul play.
