Freebook 13.5 Audio jack and bluetooth headphones not working

Hello everyone.
Just arrived, tested everything and ok, but the audio jack and bluetooth headphones do not work.
I tried the audio settings but I did not find anything that helped me.
Can someone help me?

Send the Serial number so maybe installing drivers could work?

I downloaded the drivers but the folder is named minibook x, are the drivers also good for freebook? and how do I install the drivers?
