Freebook CWI557 Battery doesn't charge

edThe battery unloaded fully. When I did reconect it to the charger the indicator showed that the battery is loading but the percentage of charge remains on zero. Despite showing that it is loading it doesn’t.

I uninstalled the drivers of the battery, disconected the batttery for 10 mn , reconected it and started the computer again. That didn’t make a thing.

I am going to order a new battery. But that doesn’t make sense, the computer is one year and 4 months old and the battery was running smoothly so far.

Your device’s battery should be the same as the phone’s; when it runs out, I think you should charge it for at least 4 hours.
To turn it on, you should check if it can access the BIOS.
