Gemibook. activate windows error and the screen does not turn on

Hi. I bought a laptop from Chuwi store. Gemibook.
I can’t activate windows error 0x004C003. The laptop does not wake up from sleep mode, only the keyboard lights up, the screen does not turn on. What should I do?
