I found a driver backup provider by searching “Drivers for N100 Gemibook XPro”.

What is the download URL for the gemibook Xpro device driver software?

It is a gemibook Xpro device driver software that cannot be installed with the windows update option.
For example, audio, touchpad, etc.

I thought the device driver software was on the CHUWI site and did a windows clean install without taking a backup.

I made a mistake.
I have erased including windows recovery area in SSD storage.

I recently purchased GemiBook XPro and I encountered issues with microphone. It does not work. Any advice? the OS is W11.

Install the drivers again. Check if you can download them from here. If not write your serial number so i can send them

Also check that on the space bar the sound is not in mute, sometimes happen,

I tried everything. Exactly the same issue with the microphone. I will request a full refund or replacement with the same product with its microphone checked prior to delivery.

Hi,I couldn’t download it from the support center. The model is GBooK Q256G210404167 and I don’t have audio and microphone drivers. But if I connect via Bluetooth, it works. Thank you in advance. Regards.
