Hashtag Key not working £ sign instead

Hello, I have just taken delivery of a new U BOOK X
On the qwerty keyboard the number 3 on shift should be the hashtag sign but its £ instead. Anyone have any advice on how to fix. Many thanks

You must configure the keyboard in your native language in the Windows options

Thanks for your comment, I’ve set my Windows correctly and it’s still showing the £ sign…

Are you certain that you have the US keyboard layout and not the UK keyboard layout selected?

Yes, just been through lots of options and still showing up as £

I have found how to change the key, although I had selected the US language versions of the kepboard I had to click into OVERRIDE FOR DEFAULT INPUT METHOD then select US option, I just have to change settings when I need the pound sign,
