After installing updates for Windows, the laptop rebooted and stopped displaying the image on the screen. The operating system is booting, and the Windows startup beep is heard. The image is output via an external monitor connected via hdmi. The display matrix is working properly. The bios settings were reset to the default. What could be the problem? maybe need bios or ec update?
