HeroBox Mini N5100 GNU GRUB

I installed Ubuntu over Windows and regret it. I tried installing windows again after a failed attempt to get Ubuntu to do what I needed it to do. While installing windows I cleared the main drive and now I’m stuck on this screen. Please help.

  2. Install the USB key on the front of the HeroBox. on the keyboard hold down the F12 key, and turn on the Herobox. and turn on the Herobox. Who will offer you to boot on USB. Who will offer you to boot on USB. j
