Hello. I have Hi10 air. I am using it almost 2 years without any problem. Today when I powered it, tablet stuck at boot screen. Chuwi logo appears on the screen and do not go further. How can I solve this ?
Did it have an update recently? Windows updates have done that to mine too, once on my Chuwi and several times on my main PC, if it won’t boot you can’t undo it either, unfortunately. Can you boot into safe mode? From the internet (in case you can’t get there):

Or have you got a backup of your files? You may have to re-install windows as a last resort, which is a pain tbh, been there done that.
Maybe someone else has a fix so don’t give up hope just yet.
Yes, it is automatically updating from time to time, I never interrupt update process.

Then you have a point, and a problem. Will it boot into bios? Hold F7 when powering on. You may have to re-install Windows if it will, instructions are on this site but you will lose any saved files and programs, and a good part of your life, sorry.
Yes, it does boot into bios. I will reinstall I guess.
I tried reinstalling windows. But my hi10air does not boot. I did exactly same as instructed in download section. What can I do ?
