How do i get a prompt response from customer service?

I have sent back my faulty tablet to HK via fedex (since this is 1 of the only options that they can accept) and its been almost 1.5 months without any news.

I bought the tablet previously from Shopee and emailing their support email has resulted in many “Oks” and no confirmation when i can get my tablet back.

This is frustrating.
