I sent an email with photos of parts I need to repair my UBook Pro to support. They replied with the cost of the parts but did not inform me where to go to buy and pay for the parts, which I specifically asked for in the email. I sent two emails to aftersale@chuwi.com on Dec 22 and Dec 28 with the forwarded email from support. I still haven’t gotten a reply. WHERE DO I GO TO BUY AND PAY FOR THE PARTS?

Last week, I ordered on Thursday morning a tablet for school.
However, it’s already Monday evening and the device hasn’t shipped yet (the site says that processing an order is 1-2 days).
I’ve sent emails (store@chuwi.com), but I haven’t gotten any response.
Normally I wouldn’t care so much about a speedy delivery, it’s just that in a couple weeks I need to travel, so I’m a little stressed about this.
Any advice?

I sent in my CoreBox to HK for servicing. I asked for acknowledgement that the CoreBox has been received by Chuwi. 2 weeks down the road, no one bothered to acknowledge receipt, despite my follow up. My email address is in my profile - perhaps Chuwi can check it directly.

I bought CHUWI RZBOX 5800H. After the first start and Windows 11 setup I found out that the cooling fan is not working. By that time temperature was near 100°С. I tried to launch stress-test in AIDA application - the system froze.
I am certain that received CHUWI RZBOX is inoperable.
Where I can get help for a warranty case?
