I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 and on top of having 2 unknown devices in my Device Manager, the slider to adjust the screen brightness appears but it doesn’t actually change the screen brightness.
My tablet is a dualboot Hi10 CWI527 LQ64G42170900555.
You should have made a copy of your tablet drivers before reinstalling the system.
