Worst laptop and customer service. I’ve been trying for months to replace the screws on my Lapbook Pro, but there was no answer at all and it was completely ignored.
They claim to have sent me screws but that’s a lie because they didn’t even ask for my address & this was more than 5 months ago.
My laptop is falling apart and they do not help.

yep, mine were loose from the factory as well. I was lucky because I had a few screws from an old iPhone repair kit and the screws lucky were so similar that I could replace the missing ones. I also took the opportunity to remove all the loose ones and thread lock them before reinstallation.
Do you know the size they were please?
