Dear Staff,
I just received this laptop and having problems using a second monitor via a usb-c hub with 2 hdmi. The hub and the cable work because it’s what I use with my main laptop, but with the minibook x I just got it working for a a few seconds, then it flickers on and off untill the second monitor just display “no signal”. is there something in the bios that I should change or I just got a defective model?

If you just received it, do not bother trying to solve this, just replace it for a new one.

I bought from ebay and but they didn’t replace it, just refunded me 
which overal was good but I would have preferred to have it replaced
Maybe they thought would take long time as soon we start Chinese New year so they preferred the money
