How did you mount that cooler cause for mine at least with the 5800H it has triangle shaped mounting bracket/holes, so what did you do to mount that cooler?

No, and I donāt think it will be any different with the cooler in the new product.

@ricky I asked Tech they told me they used the same case.
Can you show me a picture of your cooler and the parts you need a replacement? Make a round circle on them so i check if we have still stock. Also provide the Serial number
The fan + heatsink is the one of the RzBox.
More importantly it was interesting to know if the new cooler of the E10 ETBox (the whole fan + Heatsink) has the same mounting system of the RzBox, but judging from your reply maybe not.
1- To be sure could you please ask the Tech team all the distances in millimeters between the holes where the screws of the heatsink attach to the motherboard on the E10 ETBox?
In the picture attached you can see marked by the green circles where the screws of the heatsink is attached to the motherboard n the RzBox.
2- Are these holes of the same distance between them in the RzBox and E10 ETBox?

ET Box is exactly the same, is a colaboration with Acer so pieces are the same. So it should be valid for RzBox
We only have stock of the black fan, not the golden tubes. I asked and Pieces for ET box have not been purchased as it is a new product we do not have yet replacement for that.

I got one new on eBay for Ā£5, probably will not get a chance to test or look at it for some time, will need some modification for the fan, might not fit but worth a try

5 pounds is very cheap for a the whole heatsink, if itās compatible with Chuwiās RzBox that would be amazing. How come you havenāt tried it yet? Are you waiting it to be delivered to you?

Edit: Iām afraid the mounting system of the RzBox heatsink is different, the holes might be distanced more far away between each other compared to those of the Hp EliteDesk system
