I’m living in Europe, and for EU laws this is an hidden defect known to the manufacturer which may lead to a request for a full refund if the manufacturer does not provide a solution within a reasonable time. Just to to say that the manufacturer must address the problems of its products, it cannot abandon its customers like this. In this case, seems to me that CHUWI give us only words, but nothing else and have made a good product but with a serius hardware problem from the beginning. This is inconceivable. Months (or maybe one year) waiting for a solution. People want to pay for a new cooling system (when chuwi would to send for free, because is a defective product), and no one in CHUWI seriously cares about intervening for customer satisfaction.

Hi,
after over a month of mail exchange with the tech support, they don’t gived to me any real solution to resolve the problem. I pointed out the existence of this chat and the solutions proposed like have a replacement of the cooling system with the new one projected for the ETBOX E10, but without results. At the end, I’ve prosecuted the legal warranty terms because this is an hidden defect, and obtained a full refound of the product from the seller (Amazon in my case). Closed case for me.
I asked again, we have the fan for RZbox in stock, just that.
