Power but no boot

I ordered my Hi10 Max from Amazon and received it today. Unboxed it and plugged into the top usb-c port with the power cable that came with it.

It has a red LED light that is lit, and when I push the power button I get an additional blue led light. But I get no boot screen, no logo, and no bios or UEFI settings.

What do I need to do to get this to work

It should turn on automatically, if after some time charging it does not turn on when you long press the on off button, send a message to the seller in Amazon and return it for a replace.
